Meet Ken Nadeau

Ken focuses on offering financial strategies to individuals and families who are going through transitional phases in life such as getting married, having children, buying a home, changing jobs, or preparing for retirement.  He also provides comprehensive and innovative solutions to business owners designed to help them protect their business, their employees, and their families.  His mission is to build and maintain long-lasting, meaningful connections with clients as he works with them to prepare financially for the major events in life, while guiding and supporting them down the path toward their financial future.

Ken has been connected to the growth and changes of the Ocala community since his family moved here in 1967.  He graduated from Forest High School, whose original location is across the street from Ken's office today!  He also graduated from the College of Central Florida (back when it was a community college) in 1976 and is a lifetime member of its alumni group.

He began working for a local bank in 1977 and worked his way up from teller to loan collector to consumer lender, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Professional Management from one of Nova University's first off-campus programs in 1989.

He left banking in 2002 and after time with Prudential and New England Financial, founded Wealth and Income Strategies Inc in 2013 when he joined Principal.

He has the FINRA Series 7 and 66 Licenses, plus the State of Florida 2-15 insurance license.

In 1986, he married, Nina, the love of his life, and they have a daughter, Natalie.

He has been a part of many organizations in the area, including Jaycees, Chambers of Commerce, and Rotary.  He is currently on the Board of the BNI Power Players networking group and the HOA Board in his neighborhood.  In his spare time, you can find Ken on a golf course, coaching a CrossFit class, or antiquing with his wife.
